The Bombay High Court has issued a notice to Bollywood actor Salman Khan seeking a response on Kamal R Khan's plea. In which KRK had urged to quash the interim order of the lower court. In which KRK was banned from making any kind of statement on Salman, his films or company. In this case, on Thursday, a bench of Justice AS Gadkari has sent notice to Salman Khan, his production company and several social media intermediaries, through which they have sought their response on KRK's plea.

In fact, in the defamation suit filed by Salman Khan, the court had passed an interim order a few months ago. Judge CV Marathe of the City Civil Court had observed, 'Reputation and honor are equal to security and liberty for a good man'. Along with this, he had issued an interim order to actor and film critic KRK against making any statement, video, post or indecent content against Salman Khan. KRK had gone to the Bombay High Court against this petition.

In his petition, Kamal Khan had said that an audience cannot be prevented from making comments about a film or its characters. KRK said the trial court should not pass such a comprehensive order. The court can bar him from making personal remarks against Salman Khan, but it cannot bar fair criticism of his films.

Let me tell you, KRK had told Salman Khan quite a lot and also did a negative review of his film 'Radhe'. Not only this, KRK also made many personal allegations against Salman. After which Salman Khan's team had filed a defamation claim on KRK.
