Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath presented a report card of his tenure of 100 days today and said that the 100 days of work towards achieving the dream of Antyodaya of Deendayal Upadhyay, the pioneer of unitary human society, is an effective initiative. And its positive results are coming out now.

The Chief Minister said that the public relied on the achievements of the Center and party's policies and gave the BJP a historic majority in the last assembly elections. For the change, development and empowerment of the poor, this government, which took oath on March 19, has only a short tenure. We have accepted the challenge that was in front of him. We are experiencing satisfaction with these 100 days of achievements. The positive results of these days have started to show.

Chief Minister Jogi said that his government's 100 days tenure is an effective initiative towards realizing the dream of Antyodaya of Deendayal Upadhyay, the pioneer of unitary human society. He wants to assure the people of the state that the state government has started an effective effort to take the state speedily on the path of development and prosperity. In order to achieve its goal, the government has taken important decisions to fulfill the promises of the BJP's Welfare Resolution letter.

Yogi said that everyone knows that Uttar Pradesh was far behind during the last 14-15 years. In the tenure of the governments of other parties, bad law and order with corruption and the dynasty politics caused huge loss to the public. We have initiated effective action for the welfare of the people.

The Chief Minister said that his government is following the resolve of development of everyone, in the line of the Narendra Modi government. Governance-administration accountability has been ensured for this. Along with the availability of basic services like housing, roads, drinking water and toilets, the government is determined to maintain good law and order.

The Chief Minister said that the state government has decided to celebrate 2017 as a poor welfare year. Every year on 24th January, it has also decided to celebrate Uttar Pradesh Day. Yogi said that the present state government has been working very hard on the development of the state on the path of development through good governance. The state's economy is basically based on agriculture. 

The progress of the state without the prosperity of its farmer is something we can ill afford to think of. His government has ensured availability of fertilizers, seeds and other items to the farmers. The government has made more than five thousand wheat procurement centers and has procured four times more wheat than last year. So far, the payment of 22,517 crores of sugarcane farmers has been made in arrears.

Mr Yogi said that his government has decided to waive the debt of 86 lakh small and marginal farmers of the state up to one lakh rupees. For this, a provision of 36 thousand crores has been made. Chief Minister said that the state's mining process was being partisaned. We have implemented a new mining policy. The government has discharged one lakh 21 thousand kilometers of roads. All district headquarters are being given 24 hours Tehsil headquarters, to Bundelkhand 20 hours and rural areas 18 hours’ electricity. GThe governmenthas signed a Power-for-All Contract with the Center. The uninterrupted supply of electricity is also ensured at all the religious places of the state. It has also been decided to provide free electricity connections to the BPL families.
Yogi said that his government has signed the Inter-State Transport Agreement between Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. This will facilitate road transport. The grant amount of Kailash Mansarovar was increased from 50 thousand to one lakh rupees.

 The Chief Minister said that work has been started to make the state free from mafia, hooligans and corruption. An Anti-Landmap Task Force has been constituted, through which the encroached land of 5891 hectares has been made free. He said that his government is making efforts to empower women and ensure equitable opportunities to them. The government has formed the Anti-Romeo Squad, in which women are already feeling safe. Scheme for prevention of female foeticide has been started. The international airport at Zevar has been given the theoretical consent.
Yogi said that his government is ensuring participation in Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. By October, 2018, the state is aiming to get rid of open defecation.
