NET-017 Results to be declared soon

New Delhi: After getting permission from the Supreme Court, the CBSE has started the process of declaring NET-017 results on Monday. Responses to OMR answer sheets and questions will be put on CBSE website, which students can challenge within two days. An official statement said, "OMR answer papers and replies will be made public on June 13.

After this, the candidates can challenge on June 14 at 5 pm. " 12 lakh students from all over the country joined the examination. The Supreme Court on Monday stayed the interim order of the Madras High Court on Monday, 24th. The High Court banned CBSE from publishing the results of National Eligibility and Eligibility Test, 2017.

2017 examination results are expected to arrive within 10 days, which will decide the future of about 12 lakh students for admission to medical and dental colleges of the country. The Supreme Court has directed the concerned officials to announce, counseling and applying the examination results based on the pre-determined schedule.

Vacation bench of Justice PC Pant and Justice Deepak Gupta said that the examination result will be subject to the decision of the pending case and the pending court judgment before the counciling and admission court. The bench requested all the High Courts not to accept any petition related to the Pre-Examination 2017.

The court ordered this order while hearing the petition challenging the Madras High Court's May 24 verdict on behalf of the CBSE. The High Court had stayed the CBSE declaring the results of the 2017 examinations. On behalf of the CBSE, Additional Solicitor General (ASG) Maninder Singh told the bench that due to the order of the High Court declaring the result of the examination and after the process of admission has been stopped, the order also clashed with the earlier fixed procedure by the Supreme Court.

The bench also said that the order of the High Court is making the programs fixed by the Supreme Court indirectly weakening it. Giving a stay on the High Court verdict, the bench said, "We are only stopping the High Court's decision on one ground. This order is indirectly making the schedule fixed by the Supreme Court.

Judging the date of hearing of the matter after the summers, the bench said, "In view of the above, the interim order is put on hold and the concerned officers are instructed to declare the result of the 2017 examination. However, with the announcement of the result, the counseling and enrollment will be based on the decision of the Supreme Court before the Supreme Court. "

The CBSE board also appealed that in relation to the 2017, all petition filed in various High Courts should be moved to the apex court. The petitioners had demanded before the High Court that the 2017 can be canceled and fresh examination will be organized with the same question paper.
