Sanchar Nigam Limited has given bonanza to its broadband subscribers. Now
any consumer can put landlines in their home by paying only Rs 49. BSNL is
providing the customers with their regional offices only after a few days of
booking. Apart from this, initially consumers who have taken 249 broadband
plans, will get unlimited call facility for the first six months.
Consumers of
BSNL who have taken the plan of 675 FMC Broadband Plan or more, the speed of the
broadband speed has been increased from two Mbps to four Mbps at no extra
charge.
Not only
this, BSNL has also increased the FUP data limit of the previous broadband
plans. This plan will certainly increase consumers' internet browsing for BSNL
broadband services.
New
consumers are being encouraged to take BSNL broadband connection. For all
information related to consumer connections, they can call the toll free number 18003451500.
Mehak Singh, Chief General Manager, Uttarkhand Telecommunication Circle, told
that increasing broadband speed will benefit the consumers and the number of
consumers will also increase.
In order to
keep BSNL's landline, mobile and internet service smooth, the department
employees are facing huge problems. Field employees say that due to the
underground work being done in place, the OFC is cut, which is affecting
services severely.
